CUSTOMER POLICIES
Customer must understand and agree to adhere to the following policies.

1%-10 days, 30 day net with established credit.All prices are subject to change without notice.

A service charge of 1.8%, compounded monthly, is levied against accounts that are past due.

Phone orders are deemed correct as taken unless written confirmation is received within 3 days of the telephone order being placed.

Venus Laboratories, Inc. does not accept prices written on purchase orders.

Written or Faxed confirmation of an order placed by telephone must be stamped 'Confirmation' or 'Confirming Order' to avoid duplication of the order. Confirming orders not so designated are subject to restocking/reprocessing charges.

Returned merchandise and orders that are canceled after the order has been completed are subject to a restocking/reprocessing fee of 25% of the order.  Returns on special formulations (5000 Series), Private Label orders, and/or products that are 6 months old or older are not eligible for credit. &endash; No Exceptions.

Overpacks, when available, carry an additional charge of $3.00 per pack above the cost of the merchandise itself.

48-hour rush service is provided with a charge of $5.00 or 3.0% of the order total, whichever is greater.  New private-label orders do not qualify for 48-hour rush.
